As the weather gradually turns colder, customers in the Northeast, Northwest, and North China regions are gradually stopping production for maintenance. OCEAN Mold reminds you not to forget to maintain the molds while maintaining your equipment. The following suggestions for maintaining molds are for your collection:
1. Remove all molds from the equipment and install them during next year's production
2. All concrete on the molds should be cleaned thoroughly, leaving no residue, to prevent the concrete from being fixed on the molds for a long time without use, which may affect the accuracy of the molds
3. Check whether the mold has any swinging corners, loose bolts, cracks, etc. If so, repair it in a timely manner to prevent the mold from working with problems next year
4. After completing the common problem maintenance, conduct a mold closing test on the mold to see if there is any jamming. If there is, adjust and repair it in a timely manner to ensure that it can be closed normally without scratches
5. After all inspections and repairs are completed, brush the mold presser foot and lining with oil to prevent rusting
