Mold wear resistance:

 

Crossing thousands of miles, we transported special alloy steel from a military steel enterprise as raw materials for core components such as lining and presser feet. After carburizing heat treatment, the surface hardness can reach HRC60-64, and the 1.5mm thick carburizing layer provides sufficient wear resistance for the mold.
